Shipping and Handling charges for product purchased at Airliner Dispatch are as follows:

3-5 Business Days Ground Shipping by UPS/FEDEX/USPS Priority Mail:$9.50

All shipping is FREE for orders $100.00 and over via UPS/FEDEX/DHL/USPS 5 day ground delivery. At times items might not be able fit into a flat rate box, if this happens we will notify you via email.

Please notet all charges on your credit call bill will reflect as VIP Global

Return Policy: All products must me returned in their original packing and packages. Software once opened are not returnable.


If you are not satisfied with software purchased directly from Airliner Dispatch (airlinerdispatch.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Any software purchased on CDs must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. CDs must be received and processed before a refund will be issued. A restocking fees of 30% will apply on returned products.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Airliner Dispatch. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The Airliner Dispatch. refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from Airliner Dispatch (airlinerdispatch.com). If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
